1. Get the App:

For iPhone users:

Go to the Apple App Store, search for Kollab by Lead Connector, and tap "Download."

For Android users:

Go to the Google Play Store, search for Kollab by Lead Connector, and tap "Download."

2. How to Sign-In:

  1. Open the Kollab App

  2. Click Sign In and enter your email address - ensure you're registered with any courses or communities at The Psychic Medium Training Academy.

  3. Choose Your Membership - Scroll down and select Psychic Medium Hub.

  4. Enter Your Password - If forgotten, sign in with OTP (One Time Password).

3. Navigating the App:

Once signed in, you’ll find your Home, where you can easily switch between Courses and Communities.

Under Courses:

  • All Courses and My Courses: View and manage your courses.

  • Notifications: Stay updated on course activities.

  • Profile: Update your profile, add social media accounts, and connect with others.

Under Communities:

  • Discussion: Engage with your community in a space similar to Facebook Groups.

  • Learning: Access all courses available within your community.

  • Leaderboard: Track community activity and rankings.

  • Notifications: Get alerts when someone posts or engages in your community, and when new courses are available.

  • Profile: Update your profile and connect with community members.
